Delivery of Goods

The goods are delivered by Registered Regular Airmail and have to be signed upon arrival. In case your goods are not received in good time, please write us a ticket indicating your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the mailing address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order and assist you in the matter.

Delivery Time Frames

The average delivery time frame to the United States is 7-21 business days. The average delivery time frame to Europe is 7-14 business days. It may happen for the packages to delay. If you do not receive your packages within 30 days, nor you receive a seizure letter from custom, please inform us and we will assist you.

Shipping information

Please indicate the order number, your name and shipping address. In case you have been delivered an incorrect item per our fault and inattention, RxSteroids.net guarantees to have it replaced with the correct one. In case your parcel is seized at customs, P. Due to the complexity of our payment methods, unfortunately we cannot refund money, instead we will re-send any missing package for free (if it gets lost or seized).
