Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APOs?

Yes. We do ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses, just please leave shipping information in the comment line of each order to ensure delivery success.

How do you ship? ships the orders worldwide, we try to reach our customers all over the world.

  • Our organization name or any information that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never displayed on the parcels or slips.
  • Packaging types are changed constantly to achieve max delivery success!
  • The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit in one package, it will be divided into two or more packages (all for one Shipment Handling charge).
  • We also reuse original cardboard boxes for packing different products that fit in (we are ecological oriented company)
  • Shipments are sent from various shipping points and different European countries.

Is your packaging discreet, what about customs, what if the package is seized?

We respect our customers’ privacy and the packing of the products is as discreet as possible. In the case a package is seized we guarantee that we'll reship it after we see the seizure letter from customs or FDA. You have to scan the seizure letter and send it at [email protected] And we do not reship more than once on one order. Also, we are not reshipping to the following locations: Australia, Canada, New Zeeland, Singapore, South Coreea.

What is the shipping fee?

The shipping cost is $50 USD; however, you may have your order shipped for free if the total of the items is $1000 USD or more.

Do you guarantee the delivery?

We guarantee successful delivery of our orders. We have a reshipping policy for missing or seized packages. Still, we are not reshipping to the following locations: Australia, Canada, New Zeeland, Singapore, South Coreea.

How successful delivery is?

We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. Products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with extreme care to minimize the shipment volume. The packages and the labels do not indicate the name of the company nor the content.

Is a signature required for delivery?

Yes, to ensure successful delivery, the mail man will require a signature upon delivery of your order. All our packages are being shipped registered, that is why the signature is a must. Please be sure that you have nothing to worry about, and it is just a formality that has to be done.

How long does the whole process of ordering and shipping take?

Once you make an order, our system will automatically send you a confirmation e-mail along with the instructions. Once payment is received, we process and ship out your order within 1-3 business days. The shipping time frame is normally between 7 and 15 business days and for very remote countries up to 25 business days! Please log-in to your account and check your order history and the expected delivery dates for your order. In case you haven’t been delivered the order within 15 business days, please contact us to be properly assisted.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

In case your order has been seized at customs, please e-mail us the seizure letter at [email protected] for us to be able to assist you in the matter. In case within 24 business days you haven’t received the order, nor the seizure letter, please write us an informative ticket and we will reship your order for free. Please be aware that we are not reshipping to the following locations: Australia, Canada, New Zeeland, Singapore, South Coreea.

Where can I see the expected arrival date of my package?

To view the expected delivery dates, please log-in to your account, click on the "My Orders’" option, then select the "More info" feature near to the order ID.

What does "Semi-shipped" status mean?

A semi-shipped status of an order indicates that we released your order for shipment. One part of your order has already been shipped out, the rest of the order is still being processed and will be shipped within 1 or maximum 3 business days.

Do you provide tracking numbers? / Are the packages trackable?

The parcels ordered with are shipped with a trackable shipping methods; however, according to our privacy policy, the tracking numbers cannot be disclosed. Please verify the "order history" for the estimated delivery dates.

My package is late / How much do I have to wait ?

Due to the mail service instability the orders may delay, in such case, please write us a ticked, and we will further properly assist you.
